This is the first episode of a 3 part this series with Anna Woods, founder of SheSTRENGTH.  She coaches her clients through her online platform and community as well as in her awesome barn gym office in rural Kansas!  I find her work in empowering women and working with special needs individuals especially inspirational and heart warming. In this episode Anna and I discuss how she got interested in fitness as a career, wellness mentorship, how and why she started her own gym out of her barn, starting a business from scratch (twice), and the importance of community.  I think you will really enjoy it!
